Ingredients

    For Creamy Tuscan Sauce

    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1 onion (finely chopped)
    • 1 cup fresh cream
    • 1 cup milk
    • ½ cup parmesan cheese
    • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
    • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
    • 1 cup fresh spinach
    • 1 tsp chili flakes
    • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare the Rice

Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak for 30 minutes.

Boil rice with salt until fluffy and perfectly tender. Drain excess water and set aside.


Step 2 – Cook the Chicken

In a bowl, season chicken with paprika, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and grill the chicken until golden brown with slight crispy edges.

Remove and set aside.
