- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tomatoes (blended)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare the Rice
Wash and soak the basmati rice for 30 minutes. Boil water with salt and cook the rice until fluffy and tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 2 – Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
